All products offered on our website are fine jewelry pieces entirely made in Italy, crafted with premium materials and lab-created stones.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.


3. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to screen settings, lighting, or photography variations, colors and details may vary slightly.

In the event of any discrepancy, the written product description shall prevail over the images.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  2. In its original packaging
  3. In perfect condition

Custom-made, personalized, or engraved pieces are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Warranty

Rinascita offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Our lab-created stones are guaranteed for quality and authenticity.

  • Improper care
  • Unauthorized repairs

8. Limitation of Liability
