Returns
At Rinascita, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry.
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 to 10 business days.
If your request is approved, we may:
Replace the piece at no additional cost, or
Issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds include the product price and any applicable shipping fees related to a defective or incorrect item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the piece must meet the following conditions:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Pieces that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused during shipping will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and non-refundable:
- Custom-made or personalized pieces
- Engraved items
- Items purchased during promotional sales or using discount codes
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Rinascita is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once the returned piece is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged pieces.
If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the eligible piece according to the conditions stated above.
